Why: The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) approved this patent?pending technology earlier this year for the first ever Mobile NPDES (National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit). A critical Best Management Practice (BMP) for stormwater pollution control. It is expected to provide stormwater system cleaning services more efficiently than current practices.
